Todd went for a horse ride today and left Annie home.
She was so upset that Skully got to go and not her.
She sat at the fence and cried all day. She never even comes to the fence.
It sure was hard to sleep in with her crying.
When I would go out and see her, she would run back and forth and stop at the gate so I could let her out.
I even took her out a treat and she wanted nothing to do with it.

Poor Annie! This is one reason horses are so cool is they seem to have feelings to. I don't know if you know this but I grew up with my Grandpa's horse on our property (backyard) so I know what its like to hear them cry when they are upset about something.
I didn't know horses acted like this. Then again, what do I know about animals. My pets have only been fish and plants, and I hate to admit I haven't earned a particurlarly good record at keeping them alive.
Next time you should both go. If you're going to be up anyway, you might as well be having fun!
That is so funny. I am surprised you tried to sleep anyway with that construction going on in the basement!
